Million Trees Program Funding
Partnership Projects
A greener, more sustainable city is not achieved by just planting trees; its about people and increasing our environmental awareness through involvement by community groups, non-Government organisations, local schools and the general public.
Each year the Million Trees Program offers funding and support for projects that will work in partnership with local stakeholders to ensure that on-ground actions are strategically planned, resourced and implemented at a local scale.
Any incorporated group, organisation or agency considering projects within the urban and peri-urban areas of Metropolitan Adelaide are eligible for assistance and up to $10,000 funding for projects that demonstrate a revegetation component using only indigenous plants. For example, State Government agencies, Local Government, Community Groups and Non-Government Organisations are all eligible to apply.
